We accept cash, credit and debit for all in person sales and credit and debit for our online orders.
For sanitary and hygienic reasons, we do not offer refunds on purchases. All sales are final. No refunds and no exchanges.
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our facility. In the rare event a damage occurs in transit, an email with pictures must be sent within 24 hours of receipt of the package. In such instances, we may offer to replace or fix the damaged style. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. Visit Canada Post Track My Package and enter in your tracking number for instant updates.
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!
If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
